Condado Lagoon
Sheltered urban lagoon. Manatees possible at sunrise, tarpon nearly guaranteed. No reef. Combinable with kayak. Visibility is lower (6 to 15 feet).
Best for big wildlife and kayak with snorkel. Ideal for patient photographers. Guided manatee tours 79 to 99 USD.
Icacos cays (from Fajardo)
Remote shallow reef in La Cordillera marine reserve. Visibility 50 to 80 feet, best near San Juan. Full day catamarans from Fajardo 110 to 150 USD with lunch and open bar.

Reef off Isla Verde
